“I started hiring for Serenade Cleaning over two years ago. While working in the field was incredibly rewarding, it prevented me from focusing on growing the company. Since then, I’ve been meticulous about hiring the best team members. Our goal has always been to give clients a company built on trust, transparency, and integrity.
I’m so proud of the amazing team we have today and excited to grow even more—to continue delivering exceptional service to our community and providing an awesome workplace for people who love to clean!”

Monica
Team Member Extraordinaire
“Trust is everything. A home is one of the most personal spaces in someone’s life, and it deserves the utmost respect and care.”
Where She’s From: Monica calls Wyoming and Montana home, with Billings being the place she’s lived for most of her life.
Her Journey: After earning her GED in 2000, Monica spent years balancing work and family life as a dedicated single parent to her 11-year-old son. She’s always had a knack for cleaning, working odd jobs and helping friends and family throughout her life, and turning her natural talent into a passion-filled career.
Why She Loves Her Work: Monica lights up when meeting new clients and their pets! She takes pride in every task, from vacuuming (a satisfying workout!) to creating a sparkling and sanitized kitchen. Her meticulous nature and genuine love for helping people turn houses into homes make her a standout Serenader.
A Few Fun Facts:
- Monica is happiest in nature, whether exploring solo or with loved ones.
- She’s a huge animal lover and shares her home with a cat and a 40-year-old box turtle!
- In her downtime, she enjoys reading, singing, and getting lost in movies.
